Like most all aspects of business, every effort in Marketing should have a measurable objective.  Get 100 new customers…Increase awareness in these zip codes or countries…Drive 500 new service upgrades.

Your business has them too.  Hopefully you are able to identify them and align all your efforts to achieve them in the shortest time and lowest cost.  But no matter what your goal, you have to incorporate the Measure & Repeat discipline.
